JOB TITLE: Head of Creative and Media Planning Intern

An ongoing job for the year 2017/2018 working on media planning and logistical media buying for a non-disclosed client. This role includes ideation, creativity and logistics as well as interacting with high level individuals from the company in workshops and meetings. This role also includes learning the trade of media planning from an industry expert who has more than 50 years of experience.

The role of media planning in this case study is to determine the best combination of media, utilising the numerous omni channels that the current technological and media climate has to offer to achieve the objectives set by the client. This role also includes understanding and assessing the capabilities of making things happen. Understanding of the media environment, the audience, statistics, the brand and measuring the success as a whole are critically important in creating a fully functioning and successful media plan for the client.
